04/10/14: #RESETCHALLENGE COMPLETE ✔️ The fast five days have been challenging but fun! I managed to lose 5 kilos and toned up a little bit too, so it made it worth while. Obviously this program isn’t just a quick fix, but making healthy eating, proper nutrition and daily exercise a lifestyle. I’ve learned to be more discipline and caring of my body, treats can be granted and cravings can be curbed. It’s all about balance! #100happydays #day1

Once I read a quote that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice a change in your body .. but what if it would only take you 5 days of consistency, commitment and discipline of doing a healthy way to cleansed your body would you do it?? Day 05: i would say, cravings now seems to be easy to divert .. Today is rest day from gym.. You gotta let your body recover from working out or it will not progress how you want it to be .. .. yesterday was an awesome day .. went to #stevenash for the #concretehero free training.. push ups killed my arms.. lol.. I don’t recommend extreme exercises to my clients when they are on reset, but it’s all up to you, if you think your body can handle some exercises other than cardio then that’s fine.. lose 2.6lbs already which is really gooooood, cuz for the past week that I have been at the #usanaconvention I feel so bloated from all the junk that I’ve been eating.. day 2 today.. :) if you’re interested in what I am doing, message me on email: mhadzn@gmail.com #resetchallenge #5daychallenge #weightmanagement #usana #usanalifestyle #usanainc

Long driving all the way to the #usanaconvention has been a fun experience.. the only downside is that, the stops that we had to do doesn’t offer healthy munchies .. and there’s no good time to do the reset but right after our trip .. it’s time to hit that reset button to do some cleansing and detoxifying ..
