So after today’s leg workout I was feeling a little risky and strong, so I decided to test my leg strength with a deadlift. I have never ever been able to deadlift more than 185 lbs and I put 225 lbs on to finish my day. Time to cash out, technique wasn’t the best but I got it up and down. Very proud of myself but there’s still plenty of work to do during off-season.
