It’d been kind of a spur of the moment deal.
Addy went off a tangents all the time— about clothes, about make-up pink things dogs cats chocolate he talked a lot, and in the few months of their friendship, Kori had readily accepted it. He really, really had; sans a few occasions.
Like one, for instance, where Kori had just really wanted to beat this level, because who the fuck did Tarzan think he was. Was he the fucking key blade master no he fucking wasn’t. Kori just could not— he fucking couldn’t beat this damn level, and it was getting on his last damn nerve and he wasn’t even paying attention to what Addison was saying, really. He was saying something, but it didn’t matter what because whatever it was it wasn’t helping Kori beat this DAMN LEVEL.
So frustrated, and about two seconds away from bundling the console up in a nice little bow and chucking it into a FUCKING RIVER(and after having told Addy to be quiet again but why the hell would he listen he knew Kori didn’t really mean it)— he’d made a frustrated, annoyed sort of growl in the back of his throat before leaning over and-
He’d had every intention of kissing him, because Kori’s brain was fueled by sex and all that shit so it made sense, but there was this nagging at the back of his mind right at the last minute because it wasn’t right to use that kind of shit like that. It wasn’t and he fucking knew it so he
ended up giving him a very aggressive kiss on the cheek.
It took weeks for Addy to stop laughing at him, even longer for him to stop feeling bad about it— and he never beat the fucking level. Fuck that game.
5: eyelid kiss
"Wha’— fuck, shit." Kori didn’t do people, he didn’t do emotions— so having his friend show up at his apartment door with big, teary eyes and doing that fucking wibbly thing was really, really fucking startling. He’d managed to pull him inside, sit him down on the couch and stare at him in fear&confusion for a few seconds before working up the nerve to actually, you know. Do anything about the situation.
He managed to find out he’d gotten into a fight with his shitty asshole father(kori was going to kill him), and Kai was out of town with his grandfather and Addy didn’t want to worry his mom and it was just— just a hot fucking mess, and Kori didn’t really know how to deal with it, with all this shit would beating someone up.
So, Kori did the best he could. Which might not have been talking, or even listening— but it was wrapping his arms around his friend, letting him cry and not making him feel guilty about it. Not stressing him, at least at the moment about his father, about how horrible he was. It was leaning over to pull a blanket on top of him, pressing a light kiss on a closed lid once he’d finally lulled himself to sleep.
It was waiting near the door instead of on the couch, so he could explain to anyone coming in to be quiet.
