What a wake up call
I did the Jillian Michaels “Banish Fat Boost Metabolism” video since I’m limited to just online videos for any exercise for the next week and damn that was rough.
Felt like I was going to throw up and probably took about 10 breaks. I almost never do cardio but if I do it’s like 10 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. This was 45 straight minutes of pretty intense cardio.
I’m looking forward to doing it everyday though to see how I improve.
