Have you had any good advice from other actors? “Just before my 16th birthday, Natalie Dormer said to me, ‘As soon as you turn 16, you’re going to work adult hours, people will try to take advantage of you, so it’s important not to be a pushover.’ Now I’m a total pushover and I let people work me too hard so, in hindsight, that was probably some very good advice!” - Sophie Turner for InStyle UK (March 2015)

I just try and listen. And I think that’s what we’re always told. We’ve been told that for decades and decades. Acting is listening. Acting is reacting. So, that’s all I’m doing. I was always told at youth theatre, good actors make other actors look good. Good actors throw focus to other people as well. We’re all in this. It’s not a one man or one woman show. We’re all in this gang. And while You’re talking, I’m better giving you some focus.

Any actor who believed in you in the beginning, when others were saying no to you and every person who has been there for you is part of your success and journey. There are a lot of actors who said no to me nine years back. There were many instances when some actor did not agree to work with me. I am sure other actors might have experienced the same. It happens to all. You don’t take it to heart but you remember.

i don't know if you can answer this or not since it's a kind of random question and idk if there's a good way to measure it, but i notice when misha and jensen are around eachother jensen is usually laughing his ass off like 80% of the time (misha is pretty fucking hilarious!) - do you know if he laughs as much around jared or the other actors? or is misha just that much funnier than most people?

I couldn’t say how Jensen acts about other people, but I don’t think the laughter is because Misha is funny. To quote Jensen, I think it’s because they like him so much.

I’m sure that you’ve experience something similar with your friends, when you laugh at things you wouldn’t laugh at normally. You get the giggles! I think that’s why they couldn’t stop laughing at the script for 7.17, even though the lines weren’t actually objectively funny. The script is here, and it’s really not that silly, but Jensen says that he and Misha were in tears laughing at it. Remember, when they filmed it, it was after Castiel had been killed off and Misha had been off the set for a few months. Nobody knew if he would come back, let alone when. So during the first time they are working together for months, they start laughing hysterically at the script, to the point of tears.

Why does even exist anti tag for stephen amell?? That men is like the picture of perfection!!!

Right? I mean he’s an incredible actor, he spends his free time raising for money for charity, he interacts with his fans more than any other actor I know, he’s humble, he’s gorgeous, and he loves his daughter more than anything in the world.

Where is the flaw? Where is the logic in an anti-tag?

Jada Pinkett Smith: I Enjoy Watching Will Smith’s Sex Scenes

Jada Pinkett Smith says she gets off on watching Will Smith’s sex scenes.

While walking the red carpet for the new movie Focus, the Hollywood A-list couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were asked how it feels to watch each other in love scenes with other actors.

Jada replied in an amazing fashion, “After 20 years… I actually, you know-” “-She a little freak like that,” Will pointed out. What…

The Oscar Divorce Curse Is Real For Men, Study Says

____________________________________

SoGo:  My first thought was “yeah but only if you win!”  Not so….

Male Oscar winners are three times as likely as other actors to get a divorce during their first year of marriage, the study found. And the news is nearly as bad for the runners-up. Male actors nominated for an Academy Award are twice as likely as non-nominated actors to later wind up getting a divorce from their spouses within the first year of marriage, according to the study. There's seriously Miarren shippers saying we should thank Mia for the Darren and Chris interviews because we only got them after she started working at FOX. First of all, she worked at FOX for like a year before we got one, and it's not like having an interview with Darren and Chris is such a novel idea. They play a couple, and all the other actors playing couples did BTS's together. Meaning there must have been a reason that Darren and Chris didn't do one. We know they're friends, they've (1/3)

2/3) confirmed that yet again. They shoot scenes together, so clearly they’re on set at the same time. That’s really the only obstacles the BTS crew would logically run into trying to get two co-workers to do a BTS together, so it would make sense that the reason they didn’t do any BTS’s had nothing to do with the BTS crew having problems getting one together. Meaning that Mia joining the BTS team had nothing to do with the CC interviews. And seriously, when will people understand that Mia

(3/3) announcing that the BTS will happen does not mean that it was her idea and she organized the whole thing.

I’m so fucking sick to death of them throwing praise on her that she just does not deserve. Mia doesn’t deserve shit. There are people who worked on glee who deserve so much more praise than she did. And not to mention the other people on the FSO team who most likely work their asses off while she takes the credit for everything. She must be an absolute nightmare to work it and I feel so sorry for them.

Very few people know this but I know for a fact, from some very exclusive and private sources revealed only to me, that the entire British government plus the Royal family are actually aliens from Mars. I promised to never reveal my sources on pain of death but they are correct in every respect. Most of the upper and middle classes are also aliens including Ben and Sophie and many other actors. I have pictures. It's a massive conspiracy. My cats have told me some of this. I understand cat.

I believe your sources. And your cats.

So I'm not on Twitter ever, but after reading what Jen had to writer, I'm not going anywhere near that place. I feel sick to my stomach right now. Do you know if other people are calling those idiots out for whatever it was they said?

I like Twitter for sharing my art with other fans and the actors, and interacting with people, but I try to stay away from the actual fandom debates and stuff on there precisely because of stuff like this. I actually didn’t follow any of this drama, either, all I’ve seen is what Jen said and I pretty much inferred it from there.

It’s a shame Jen had to say it, but I’m glad she did, to let people know it’s not okay. I’m not generally a fan of engaging with people over this stuff one-on-one because it’s only going to degenerate into pointless drama and name-calling and whatnot. But I really hope that Jen speaking out about it will get people to at least stop trying to involve the actors in this nonsense.

As someone who is both trans and an actor, there is NO POINT at all to get frustrated at Eddie. NONE. He is an actor who was placed in a role he wants to play, there is nothing wrong with that. He is not at fault for taking the role. The problem is with casting. Aim your anger correctly, please.

No, he is not at fault, and yes I know It is the casting directors and im sorry if my anger towards him seems to be directed at him because he took the part. I’m not. I am angry at him for spouting the same bs we hear all the time about how the casting directors will put trans actors in other parts of the film to make up for his being put in the lead roll, and the even more absurd reason of “it was a time before hormones, so i think that’s why i was chosen” bs.

Dear Marvel,

If you insist on using a white guy to play Spider-Man, at least keep Andrew Garfield and make Peter bisexual.

If you insist on recasting, at least hire someone who isn’t white like Osric Chau, Donald Glover, or one of the literally dozens of other non-white actors who fit the part.

Sincerely,
like a ton of your fans

We land on the subject of adding to your digital presence by posting on Twitter and Instagram.

“I don’t have it and I never will. Other actors I know are really good at it and they rock and roll it, but it’s not for me. If I post a picture of us having a drink now and get loads of views or comments and stuff, then suddenly you’re quite exposed and you’re in a world of work. I just like being present.”

And there it is: No need to quiz him on his favorite vacation spots or what he thinks of various filming locations. Theo James reveals that—for a man who travels the world shooting and promoting films and enjoys holidays in far-flung destinations, with family spread as far as Australia—the most important location for him is in the here and now. - Flaunt Magazine
