My amazingly spectacular gorgeous drool worthy breakfast:

Ingredients

½ cup of raw oatmeal, 1 cup of coconut almond milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 packet of Truvia (or any natural sweetener) , 2 tsp of fresh grated ginger, 2 tsp of chia seeds, dash of cinnamon, 1 banana, 1/2 cup strawberries and blueberries, nut butter

  1. Mix together first 8 ingredients (up to banana) in a bowl and mix very well (make sure no cinnamon clumps are left! best suggestion is to mix cinnamon in with oatmeal and all the dry ingredients than pour milk on top)
  2. Let sit in refrigerator overnight covered with plastic wrap!
  3. In the morning layer overnight oats in a parfait put down a layer of oats, than slice strawberries and blueberries and a dollop of any nut butter (i highly suggest sun butter or almond butter!) than repeat until oats and berries are gone, of course put a dollop of nut butter on top! :)
  4. enjoy! (possibly make seconds?)

️Breakfast this morning was steel cut oats. I picked them up at #traderjoes by accident instead of rolled oats, and I had to try them out! I definitely like rolled oats better but these weren’t bad. I made cinnamon apple #proats, topped with lite and fit apple greek yogurt, frozen blackberries, a little granola, and peanut butter. Perfect fuel for #legsday (and the fact that I ate a TON of 🍦🍨🍧 last night and 🍪🍮🍪🍮😱) eeeeeekkkkk it’s always hard to track macros when I’m home. Getting some mobility in🙌 Make your normal #oats (I used greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese today), then add in ½ cup sugar cookie tea celestial brand (while it’s still hot) and put in an airtight container overnight. Breakfast: Overnight Banana-Raisin Oats in a Jar!

So fluffy and creamy! To make this and take your oats on-the-go with you, simply follow my Famous, Fluffy Banana-Raisin Oatmeal recipe. Prepare all of the ingredients, except for the banana (add that in the morning when you’re ready to eat) in a glass jar, seal, and store in the refrigerator. In the morning, add more liquid as needed, heat, add your banana slices, stir, and enjoy!
