a happiness project

Gretchen Ruben created a one-sentence journal where you write one sentence a day for five years. I wrote a few of these after being inspired by the project:

June 13: Cooking garlic in bacon grease is something to remember.

June 25: Jeanette Haviland-Jones, a professor of Psychology at Rutgers, found that flowers can have a long-term positive impact on emotional health.  

August 28: You do not have to be good.
