This is my 14 year old Pit-boxer-lab, Jazmine. She hates being dressed up, UNLESS it’s pretty necklace (like my pearl necklace), or one of my sister’s gold medals, ESPECIALLY if it’s one of the gold medals. If you grab one of the medals, she’ll start to whimper, whine and, beg for it until you put it on her. She’ll even help you put it on, by bowing her head, or if she’s super excited, thrusting her head through the opening.
Whenever we put one of the medals on her, she’ll prance about the house, and hold her head so high. We always tell her it’s her “#1 puppy award” and she loves it.
I have a problem with this because I love the beat of this song, and it’s so fun to dance to. But I can’t escape the fact that this song is full of rape undertones. Actually, they’re not undertones because they’re not even subtle. “I hate these blurred lines/I know you want it/I hate them lines/I know you want it.” No, she might not want it and you didn’t even ask.
