Stevie Cantwell||18||FC: Kat Dennings||Open Taken

Stevie Cantwell wanted to find herself. She was still trying, up until this day. It was never anything for someone else, her life was perfectly fine. She had two loving parents, a writer and photographer. She had an older sister who was in law school, an older brother just started at university, a younger sister who was the president of her seventh grade art club, and last, but not least, a four year old brother in preschool. She had different friends as the years went on. She did well in school and was in several extra curricular activities throughout her life. She was never ignored or unloved, she wasn’t bullied at school, there was no trauma -as stated before, her life was perfectly fine. She went through everything for her, for nothing but her own insecurities. Stevie’s parents just told her to express herself, no matter where she ends up in life they’d love her unconditionally. That was the problem. She couldn’t express herself. She didn’t know who ‘herself’ was. That’s where the anxiety kicked in for her; in the search for the personality she thought she needed. She was terrified she’d never reach that standard that didn’t exist. She was scared she’d disappoint her parents. It was impossible, not that it mattered to her. She started to watch everything she did. She wanted to be judged and pushed in the right direction. Stevie began to crave the authority that would show what her parents wanted, but she never received it. Each phase she had started to become a familiar loop in the family that went unrecognized.

Penelope Richards, who is nineteen, would say her celebrity look alike is Lily Collins. Fortunately, she is open.

Hello and welcome to the Love Games.
Hiya! Glad to be welcomed so nicely. I’m so excited.

What is your full name/alias? Date of birth?
I’m Penelope May Richards. Most people call me Poppy, though.That means you can too! I was born on June 27th, 1993.

Where are you from? Did you like it there?
I’m from Kalamazoo, Michigan. Yes it’s fun to say. Kalamazoo. Kalazamoo. Oops. I liked it there a lot, actually. Home is where the heart is!

Three words you would use to describe your home life. Explain.
Well I’ve lived on my own for a while now. I couldn’t let anyone else know that, you see. I’d get in big trouble. Not really living alone…my momma is just really sick and I’m trying my best to help her get better. Money is tight and I don’t think it’s worth taking her to the hospital. I really think it’s really just a stomach bug. Though it’s been around too long for it to just be a stomach bug.

Did you have any siblings? If yes, tell us about them. If no, what did you like about being an only child?
I have two little brothers. Aidan Matthew Richards and Ricky James Richards. Aidan is five and Ricky is two. They’re cuties.

What grade are you in? How is your school/social life?
I couldn’t afford to go to college. And I didn’t want to get loans I know it would take me years and years to pay off. So I just didn’t go. I’d be in my first year of college, though. My social life is pretty good. I like staying at home more than I like going out. But I have a few friends here and there that make me get out of the house once in a while.

If you are no longer in school, do you like your job?
I work at a daycare so yeah, I love my job! It goes from six a.m. to six p.m., it’s easier because my little brothers go there too. I currently work all twelve hours the daycare is open but when Aidan goes into first grade, I’ll work there from six to three, so I can pick him up from school.

Five adjectives you would use to describe yourself. Explain.
Selfless. Is it selfish for someone to admit that they think that they’re selfiless. I don’t know. But I think I’m pretty selfless. I’ve cared for my mother and taken care of my brothers and even helped my dad get back on his feet. I think I’m pretty responsible and selfless for not wanting anything from them in return.
Family oriented explains itself.
Giggly…all the time. I don’t think I can be serious unless it comes to my family. I just like to have fun.
Optimistic.My life is sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows everything!
Adventurous. I want nothing more than to meet someone who will travel with me to every state, country, anywhere! I just want good memories]

What are some hobbies of yours?
I like taking pictures and coloring with the boys.

What would you say is your “type”?
Someone who loves kids, but not in a creepy way. And someone who can make me laugh.

Are you accepting of the fact that there is a possibility you will end up alone?
Yes ma’am!

Additonal questions:
How did you discover the Love Games?

My aunt told me I should go and act like a true teenager for a while.She said her best friend’s brother’s kid was going so maybe I could see a familiar face. Though I really don’t think I’ve met her best friend’s brother’s kid. Oh well! She said she’d take good care of my mom and the boys. I trust her.

What made you want to join?
Making new friends!

Good luck. You are in House One.

Persephone Passamani, who is nineteen, would say her celebrity look alike is Louna Maroun. Fortunately, she is open.

Hello and welcome to the Love Games.
Thanks for having me, man.

What is your full name/alias? Date of birth?
Persephone Olivia Passamani. I prefer to go by Percy or Perc. I was born on June 18th, 1993. For my birthday I would appreciate cash or food. Ty. Xo.

Where are you from? Did you like it there?
I am from Melbourne, Australia. Of course I did. I still do. Home is where the heart is. And c’mon now. My accent is charming as hell.

Three words you would use to describe your home life. Explain.
Dramatic. Mostly because my aunt and uncle had to deal with me while I was going through my moody phase, y’know. I was a nasty little ankle biter. I would also use the word interesting to describe it because I wasn’t used to the US so I was a bit confused at first. I still think you Americans are loopy. A good thing about living in New York was learning how to speak in their accent. No worries, though ladies and gents. I still have my Aussie accent. Oh and finally, easy. I have to thank Aunt Si and Uncle Cooper for raising me as well as they could even though I was a small, angry thing.

Did you have any siblings? If yes, tell us about them. If no, what did you like about being an only child?
I had a sibling, yes. She was nothing like me. She was dirty blonde haired and had these hazel eyes that people would always compliment because of how they sparkled when she spoke about something she liked. You could tell I wasn’t blood related to my family because of how pretty they all were. It’s funny that we were both named after Goddesses because she looked like one. While I am average looking, Artemis was radiant.

What grade are you in? How is your school/social life?
I’m in my freshman year of college, yo. I am the most popular girl in school, if it isn’t obvious. Nawh, but I do have my friends. I am by no means popular, but I get around.

If you are no longer in school, do you like your job?
This doesn’t apply to me.

Five adjectives you would use to describe yourself. Explain.
Adventurous because I want nothing more than to see the world. Maybe even hunt crocodiles and make fellow Aussie, Steve Irwin, proud.
Careless. I really just don’t give a shit what people think or about anything anymore, really. That can really come back and bite me in the arse.
Honest, due to the fact I speak my mind without thinking most times and I’ll tell you the truth because I’m a shit liar.
Quick-witted. I think that one is pretty self-explanatory, people.
And finally, imaginative because I am still a flippin’ child.

What are some hobbies of yours?
Hosting only the best orgies, selling and doing drugs, having raging parties and bitchin’ raves. Y’know.

What would you say is your “type”?
Anyone who sparks my attention, really. It takes a special breed of guy to make me fall for them.

Are you accepting of the fact that there is a possibility you will end up alone?
I am, actually. I didn’t come here hoping to meet someone. I did it out of pure curiosity.

Additonal questions:
How did you discover the Love Games?
Youtube at three A.M. is an interesting thing.

What made you want to join?
Curiosity. I just don’t think it’s going to work out how everyone thinks it will.

Good luck. You are in House One.

Faye Maed||15||FC: Madeline Carroll||Open Taken

In her eyes, her life was the ideal -the key word in that statement being was. Up until her fifteenth birthday, Faye Maed was a little ball of sunshine. She had two adoring parents and an older brother who was nearly her best friend. They went to church on Sundays, ate dinner together at six sharp every night, and had a nice little house with a white picket fence. Her life was the piece in the typical tiny darling town where everyone knew each other and there was no need to lock any doors at night. She was a Daddy’s girl to no extent, just like every other daughter in the town. On her fifteenth birthday, she went to sleep as any other night with a grin on her face. But that grin dropped as soon as she closed her eyes. She had a dream -no, a nightmare. She saw years of abuse, fighting, screaming, but what made it all worse she saw it as herself. She saw it through her own eyes in her own home. It couldn’t be true, or, at least, she hoped it couldn’t be. That would mean her life was a lie. She tried to ignore it, but it happened again the very next night. She saw more bruises made and tears shed. When she finally confronted her parents she found out that it was true and that her entire life up until then was a planned out act. She got sent to Paris to deal with the developed insomnia she’d encountered. She didn’t want any more memories, therefore she didn’t want any more sleep. Even after the heartache, she managed to keep a smile on her face and an optimistic point of view on the rest of the world. She’s rather quiet and shy, but after warming up, she’s the same old Faye again.

Poppy Herron||18||FC: Alexandra Breckenridge||Open Taken

Numb. That’s how someone actually in her life would describe her. Anyone else? Poppy Herron. Wasn’t that Craig Bigwell’s girlfriend—well, ex-girlfriend now? Wait, no, isn’t that the slut who spends a different night blowing two guys from each club in the school? Didn’t she get shipped from the country because she tried to go down on the officer that pulled her over for speeding? Didn’t she cheat and break Craig’s heart? Oh wait, no. It was reversed. Who’d recognize her anyways with her head tucked between someone new’s legs every night? Maybe she had left because she’d run out of customers? Whatever, still a whore. That was Poppy Herron in the eye of the public and she resented that. That wasn’t who she was. Then again, she didn’t even know who she was. She knew what she used to be. She used to be a tiny girl with bright eyes and an even brighter view on the world. She had her devious moments and would weasel herself out of blame for as she grinned sweetly at her parents and batted her long lashes. She was so care-free and excited for nothing ane everything. She played with dolls and rode her scooter to the park to play on weekends. She helped her mother garden and sang along to the Disney princess movies. Where was that girl? Oh yeah, hidden behind that dark cloud of heartbreak, depression, and that empty void she had digging at her heart. She figured she lost that when she moved. She lost that after her world shattered. Who even ends up with the guy you met and started “dating” in seventh grade? Why did she think she ever could? Oh right, that tiny glimpse of the girl she used to know stopping by. That child that completely left after being cheated and played. She was depressed and searched for only a physical type of companionship to fill her empty soul. What a cliche she was, what a pathetic excuse she proceeded to live aa. That’s why she came to Paris, to help herself. She is escaping the burden of the dimmed sun and bitter world she used to witness and finding a new hope for life.

Emeline Murphy||18||FC: Jennifer Lawrence||Open Taken

Emeline Murphy was in the normal percentile of the high schoolers of America. She was one of the invisibles. She was never in any clubs, never went to many parties, knew all the popular kids from kindergarten classes when social status wasn’t important. Emmie was typical in her eyes; sarcastic, awkward, random, funny, lazy, all of it. She was a teenager and that was that. She was insecure, but still had her beaming moments. She was the poster girl for all those in-between students, the ones who weren’t losers nor popular. She was in Paris for a new adventure. After her best friend moved away, Emmie’s mother noticed how anti-social her daughter really was. She didn’t really get a new best friend, just a few acquaintances that she spoke to online. She was less loud and eccentric than usual. She’d always been intrigued by Paris, which gave her parents the idea for the trip. Mr. and Mrs. Murphy enrolled her in the school the following week and sent her on her way with a camera and a packed bag. They wanted to help Emeline meet new friends and maybe even a new love interest, despite her personality that wasn’t great at making new friends.
