This piece is a limited edition print of my ink drawing ‘Strength’. The drawing is a representation of the Strength tarot card. Instead of the traditional Lion I have preferred to depict the Minoan Bull. I have also included the Rune Uruz and the Ogham letter Duir. This drawing can be also associated with the earth astrological signs Taurus and Virgo.
This is a gorgeous capture of the current print by lovely Fay Nowitz (@unusualopticaldesigns ) by druidessart

The Great pyramid of Giza (also known as The Pyramid of Khufu

Built 2560-2540 BC

Architect unknown

Giza, near Cairo, Egypt

Built as a burial place for the fourth dynasty Egyptian pharaoh Khufu, the pyramid was built as the largest pyramid of the Giza plateau. The pyramid contains some rooms believed to act as the burial rooms for Khufu and his wife as well as a grand gallery like space. It is built out of masterfully used granite, which was cut using wooden wedges embedded into the stone blocks, then soaked so the pressure of the expanding wood would crack the blocks. The pieces were then moved using labour into their place. It is a truly marvellous, miraculous feat to have designed and built such a structure with these primitive tools, something hardly possible in this modern setting.
