I did it! I followed my FULL meal plan, and I don’t regret it. Much. I can’t wait to tell my doctor and my dietician on Monday!

Breakfast: Two slices original Ezekiel bread with a quarter mashed avocado on each of them, sprinkled with red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt, and topped with two poached eggs and some freshly ground black pepper. A sliced nectarine and a glass of milk on the side.

My first time trying the cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread! I couldn’t decide between topping it with butter, honey or peanut butter, but I figured, well, everything tastes good with peaunt butter right? :)

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, with one slice of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread topped with peanut butter and more cinnamon. A glass of milk on the side.

Second meal plan breakfast in a row, and I even went back for another spoonful of peanut butter after finishing this!

Breakfast: Two slices original Ezekiel bread, smothered in natural smooth peanut butter and sprinkled with some salt and cinnamon. A sliced green apple, raspberries, and a glass of milk on the side.

First time eating a breakfast that isn’t oatmeal for a while now. Scary, but worth it!

Breakfast: Ezekiel english muffin topped with natural organic crunchy peanut butter, with a pinch of sugar and salt, and a shake of cinnamon. Blueberries, strawberries and a glass of milk on the side.

My lovely breakfast this morning: One slice Ezekiel bread (I finally convinced myself that no preservatives is more important than a few extra calories!) with ricotta cheese, sliced figs and a drizzle of organic honey. There are two more figs on the side, along with a glass of milk.

I’m so happy I tried something new, it was delicious!

I had a strange craving for cheese and grapes this morning, so I made myself this lovely breakfast.

Breakfast: One slice Genesis sprouted grain and seed bread, topped with one slice of melted mozarella cheese. Half an orange, a handful of green grapes, and a couple of strawberries on the side, as well as a glass of milk.

I apologize for the unattractiveness of my breakfasts lately, I swear they taste good! :)

Breakfast: One slice Ezekiel bread with two slices turkey, half a slice of mozarella cheese and a poached egg on top, seasonned with salt. pepper, and red pepper flakes. A bowl of canteloupe and a glass of milk on the side.

Didn’t do too well today, but I still feel like I ate way too much. I did absolutely no physical activity this weekend, and my mind is screaming that it shows.

Breakfast: Cottage cheese with blueberries and a nectarine, and one slice of original Ezekiel bread with butter and cinnamon. A glass of milk on the side.
