My Nashville & Jeannie Mai

Jeannie Mai one of the host from the TV show THE REAL. https://www.facebook.com/IheartJeannieMai   A makeup artist, fashion expert, actress and TV personality. She is best known for hosting the Style Network series How Do I Look?  She was in town a few weeks ago and I got the opportunity to show her My Nashville.  I have lived here for going on 36 years now and have seen many changes.  So I took her were I like to hang. First stop was lunch at the Husk. Sean Brock’s latest creation and a wonderful new addition to Nashville food scene.  The fried chicken was just amazing, just the right amount of hot to make you want more and the vegatable plate was delcious as well. We had such a great time talking with everyone at the Husk. Chef Morgan even showed Jeannie how they make the sweet potatoes. www.husknashville.com

These days a lot people are getting out of the office and having meetings with there clients in coffee houses or restaurants. So I shared the newest venture by Benjamin & Max Goldberg, Pinewood Social. A gathering place with so much charm you don’t really want to leave. I mean were else are you going to find a place to dine with a coffee shop, bar and a vintage bowling alley! This was the perfect place to do a impromto fashion shoot. And the natural light is just amazing. pinewoodsocial.com

Then I decided to take her to my wife’s favorite store in the Hillsboro Village ” Posh”. Can you say perfect. Style me Nashville. The Ladies at Posh were so sweet and let us do a quick fashion shoot both inside and out side the store. www.poshonline.com/Default.asp
