If you have been on the fence or don’t have too much time to devote to working out you should give these daily exercises a try that I found on Backonpointe.tumblr.com. There are different ones for each day of the week. They are really good weight baring workouts. I do these everyday along with an hour walk. And I know they work because I used them last time I lost weight. I also want to point out that if your excuse to loose weight is because you can’t afford a gym membership than let me tell you I lost all my weight in April by working out at home. Why pay money for something you can do for free?💜
