The final instalment of my Top 11 Most Anticipated Movies of 2015.
#5 - Terminator: Genisys (June)
Didn’t know what to think about this, the last try at a Terminator film didn’t go to well. Then hearing it was a reboot, then a sequel, then a prequel, I was lost. But the trailer makes it look like a bit of all of that. I’m in. Please do not disappoint!
#4 - Entourage (June)
One of my favourite shows ever. Hitting the big screen to continue the story of Vincent Chase and his entourage. So pumped for this movie.
#3 - Mad Max: Fury Road (May)
When you have Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and Nicholas Hoult, you’re definitely getting my attention. The latest trailer absolutely blew me away, and now I can’t wait.
#2 - Jurassic World (June)
Jurassic Park is one of my favourite movies of all time. Didn’t know what to expect, but the trailer really pulled me in. Plus with Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and great child actor Ty Simpkins, it’s hard not to get pumped for this.
#1 - Avengers: Age of Ultron (May)
Definitely the film I’m most excited to see in 2015. The sequel to one of the highest grossing films in history. Adding to its cast James Spader, Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, just makes it more epic. Can’t wait for this one.
My Top 11 most anticipated movies of 2015. 11-6 up now. 5-1 up in a few hours.
#11 - Trainwreck (July)
I had to put this one in, it felt wrong not having it on being as excited as I am for it. Judd Apatow directing his first movie that he didn’t write or co-write. It’s written by the hilarious Amy Schumer, and she’s also starring, along with Bill Hader, Brie Larson, Daniel Radcliffe, Tilda Swinton, Marisa Tomei, Ezra Miller, Vanessa Bayer, LeBron James, John Cena and Method Man. I’m on board for this. 👍
#10 - The Hateful Eight (November)
#9 - Spectre (October)
Another Bond film with Sam Mendes directing, and another brilliant actor playing the villain… Yeah, I want that. Can not be more excited to see Christoph Waltz in this role. Got high hopes!
#8 - Kingsman: The Secret Service (February)
Hadn’t even heard of this movie until the trailer was released. Appealed to me straight away. Looks like a whole lot of fun.
#7 - Ant-Man (July)
Would have been a bit higher if Edgar Wright was still on to direct. The idea itself sounds silly, but, you know… Marvel. Plus, Paul Rudd is awesome.
#6 - Star Wars: The Force Awakens (December)
Most people will probably think why it’s only at no.6. Honestly, not as big a fan as most. Only really got here on my list because I know it’s going to be a blockbuster, and because I like JJ Abrams work, Andy Serkis is brilliant, and the rest of the young cast is amazing.
