You can eat it with a spoon (as I did a countless number of times) or top it off on your favorite tacos. Either way, you’ll keep coming back for more! Strawberry Mango Salsa (adapted from Eat, Live, Run): Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes

Yields 2 cups

INGREDIENTS: 3/4 cup diced strawberries
3/4 cup diced mango 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced 2 tablespoons diced red onion 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves 2 teaspoons honey or alternate, or more to taste
Juice of 1 lime
