#Kibbeh for a #catering order. Yes we #cater! There are so many different types of kibbeh, which is essentially ground meat (usually beef or lamb), minced onion and bulgur wheat. These are kibbeh croquettes. They are filled with sautéed ground beef and onions, fragrant spices, pine nuts and then quickly fried.
