It's about to get crazy...

My body is feeling beyond amazing…and I’m seeing the changes. My arms are getting toned and my legs and bootayyyy. <3 My body has slimmed down, but looks just fit. Now is the time to push even harder. Im not gonna go today though, but I am gonna do the WOD at the park while my boyfriend has his flag football game. :) Here’s an update on the WODs and times. :)

My FRAN wasn’t amazing. It was the first time I did it though. I can do better next time. Wednesday WOD was awesome. But I wanna do it again and try to do it 10 minutes or under. And I only did 60 because there wasn’t enough weights…bahhhh.

My coworker went to see a friend he hasn’t seen in a long time but I’m tired and didn’t want to the along… He felt bad for “leaving me stranded” without the rental. I told him I don’t mind… This is my kind of night. #roomservice #worktravel #me-time #lovingthis (at Hilton Charlotte University Place)
