I would like to encourage you all to focus on one of the most important things in life, and that is your #health. I was skeptical at first for this post but at the age of 31 going on 32 I feel good about where I am physically, and I’ll like to portray that on occasions. may even get flak from some..but hopefully I can be of encouragement to someone out there who needs it. now I won’t even lie…I ran track my whole life, so working out comes across as easy for me, but that doesn’t mean that I ease up. I know that as you age your body slows down, so all that track running I did would be meaningless if I solely depended on it to sustain my health. so, to all you “resolutioners” out there…how’d that first month work out for you?
