Happy Friday the 13th🔪🔪🔪. Had my first ok workout since I tweaked the arm. 😕 Still can’t do curls or anything dealing with pulling unless I’m using tubes, bands or light cables.

Warming up shoulders & worked on shoulder/leg mobility
1. Leg Extensions: 10 x 10 🔪 Went heavier each time.
2. Hack Squat: 5 x 10🔪 heavier each time
3. Think about doing some curls but don’t. 🔪🔪👿
4. Hammer row: 4 x 10 (heavier each set and for low back)
5. Hammer row: 4 x 10 (for upper back)
6. Shoulder Raises: 4 x 10 (heavier each time)
7. Tricep kickbacks: 4 x 10 S/S with thinking of hammer curls but dont😑
8. Lateral shoulder flys: 4 x 10 
9. 10 min of ab routine.
10. Row to a lake, kill some teens, jog back, take bathroom selfie, 2 sets.
