This is why I’m sore from yesterday’s #legday. Leg Extentions! #1: Point toes outward 15x. #2 Point toes inward 15x. Then #3 regular position with toes pointed forward another 15x! then after each set jump right into 20 jumping lunges!!! Do 2 sets of these IT BURNS!!!!
