landorous

Wanted:

Tornadus

I have Pokemon White, and at the moment I have Thundurus. In order to get Landorous, the only legendary I don’t have, I need both Thundurus and Landorous, which is impossible to get unless I trade with somebody.

If somebody with the black version is willing to let me borrow their Tornadus for like an hour, I will get Landorous and be sure to give you your legendary back. :)

Please leave me a question on my tumblr saying you’ll help me out? :P

Landorus EX will destroy everything? Card analysis

Hello everyone Troy here, and I want to start off by saying both Steven and I will be attending pre-release events tomorrow on the 2nd of August.

Let me start this off by introducing you to my friend here Landorus EX. Most players will go for the attack Hammerhead, without even second glancing Land’s Judgment. Hammerhead was already a very scary move, and now with the Muscle Band from XY Base Set, people have started using it more and more. But now, NOW is when the onslaught begins. First lets look at a few cards.

First I want to look at Korrina. She is almost a honorable mention, but if you want to really build a deck around this, she is essential. Let me say you have 4 Landorous, and 4 Korrina in your deck. On first turn set-up you first place your six prizes. You have about a 15% chance of putting either one of these in your prizes. After this you have 54 cards left in your  deck, but then you draw seven cards for your hand. Right here you have a extremely high chance of drawing one on these cards, not including the card you draw for the start of your turn. So that means your almost guaranteed a Landorus EX at turn one. BOOM, step one to winning is done.

Next we have a Strong Energy. So after you get your Landorus EX, attach a energy, fighting or strong. Say you do get a Strong energy. And a Muscle Band. That right there is 70 damage near turn one to turn three, depending how you draw. Not to forget that Strong Energy and STACKABLE. This can reach levels of 90, 110, even 130 damage! But I have one more finish blow to leave your opponent down for the count! (Fighting humor.)

Meet Fighting Stadium. Though this is only to EX Pokemon, EX Pokemon are extremely common is every deck. So lets say we have only one Strong Energy attached, a Muscle Band, and a Fighting Stadium in play. That will end you first turn (most of the time) with 90 damage and 30 to bench. Talk about unstoppable. And that is just Landorus alone. There are many Pokemon that this can be pair with to make it even more deadly, such as BC Dusknoir, and XY Greninja.

Make sure to drop a follow and stay awesome!

On An Eclipse Of The Moon

By Walter Savage Landor

Struggling, and faint, and fainter didst thou wane,
O Moon! and round thee all thy starry train
Came forth to help thee, with half-open eyes,
And trembled every one with still surprise,
That the black Spectre should have dared assail
Their beauteous queen and seize her sacred veil.

Claire/Luck
Who holds the umbrella when it rains: Luck holds it for himself and Claire gets wet.
Who is the grumpiest in the morning: Luck probably. I’m assuming Claire sleeps very little if ever so when the sun’s up it would just be when other humans interact with him for his convenience.
Who worries more when the other is sick/hurt: Claire is the protective mama-bear.
Who plays pranks on the other: Claire (he’s all about them smack-cams)
Who is always the first to suggest cuddling on the sofa: Neither would suggest it, it more just happens by accident. Rough day with the mafia? Cuddles. Rough murder? Cuddles. No electricity? Cuddles. I also feel like they’d let other people join with them if they needed it, like if Keith comes in all stressed while they’re cuddling he just gets added to the mess of limbs and before you know it Dallas and Berga are there too and soon the sofa will have so many bodies on it that it’s going to break under the weight of them all.
Who insists on creating nicknames for the other: Claire and he probably writes them all down. What a nerd.
Who drools on the other when they’re asleep: Probably neither of them.
Who says ‘I love you’ first: Claire because he can’t control what he says. Like it just came out the first time he thought it.

Jem/Will
Who holds the umbrella when it rains: Jem’s the gentleman here.
Who is the grumpiest in the morning: Will because he needs his beauty sleep.
Who worries more when the other is sick/hurt: Being parabatai I feel like they’re probably even, but I’m going to say that it’s Will because Jem is always sick.
Who plays pranks on the other: You know it’s Will, but Jem will get his revenge soon enough.
Who is always the first to suggest cuddling on the sofa: Jem, and you know that Will can’t say no it him. He’s just too precious
Who insists on creating nicknames for the other: Will and the nicknames always stick. One day he calls Jem something like ‘sweetheart’ at breakfast and next thing you know Charlotte is talking to him and she accidentally calls him sweetheart too. Then again, I doubt he’d mind.
Who drools on the other when they’re asleep: Will.
Who says ‘I love you’ first: Jem and Will cried afterwords.
