 I am amazed at how while some people swear by vitamins, others don’t take any at all.  It seems that people load up on them, taking multis, adding others, always searching for new remedies to ward of aging and illness.  And then there are those who really don’t seem to even give it a try.  I must say I think it is important for all of us to take a closer look at what vitamins have to offer and give it some thought.  Every day a new study comes out about the value of so many nutrients.Â
