what?!?!?!

I’m going to need to direct you guys to this Mumford & Sons blog post. They’re apparently going to play some songs from Babel, and they played Lover of the Light early.

I’m crying.

It’s amazing because I’ve listened to live versions of that song but it’s still like hearing a brand new song. So amazing.

Driving in DC is scary sometimes. Lots of one way streets and seemingly hidden street lights. And the other drivers are always assholes. But Verizon Center isn’t too bad. It’s near Chinatown I think, so just watch out for drunken pedestrians.

I get confused when I’m just walking in DC! I’m not a fan of DC, really which is why I don’t even really bother go most of the time. I’m just totally stressed about this and I probably really shouldn’t be.

If I can drive from New Jersey back to Maryland non-stop, I should be able to handle this, even though that was an open highway…

Just checking. I’ve tried just using a GPS instead of google maps and it kept telling me to turn the wrong way on one way streets. It was not fun. So now I always use google maps and the GPS.

I guess my main fear is that I’m not too familiar with DC so trying to navigate that alone is going to be stressful to say the least. I’m expecting basically a lot of phone calls to the folks (both work in DC) and stops asking cops where to go, haha.
