I hate that excuse a lot of fat folks give, that “everyone will laugh at me in the gym/when I jog”.


Fat people working out are fucking INSPIRING. You see someone at the start of a long hard journey, oftentimes the same journey all those other people are still on, and you don’t want to laugh at them. You admire them. You know how hard it is to take that first step and then stick with it.

So enough with excuses. Git off yer fat ass and start burning those calories. I said git!
