It was a true Oktoberfest on the evening of October 23rd when a lively group of close to 100 young professionals gathered for happy hour at Biergarten in Boca Raton.

As a polka band played in the background, the entire upstairs area was packed with members of YAD who sipped autumn brews and enjoyed being with friends while making new ones. An attendee who had never been to a previous YAD event commented on how much the community needs groups like this in order to build both professional and personal alliances.

Generously sponsored by the Sandelman Foundation, the Young Adult Division provides a wide array of meaningful opportunities for young adults in their 20s to early 40s to engage, socialize, learn, volunteer and be philanthropic. Upcoming events will be aplenty, with the next Happy Hour scheduled for November 20. Be sure to “like” and follow YAD here for all of their upcoming events, photos and news!

Hey young adults in South Palm Beach County! Are you interested in networking and giving back to the community at the same time? Then you should check out the Federation’s Young Adult Division—their next wandering happy hour event will be on September 18th!

YAD Wandering Happy Hour

A couple of weeks ago, our Young Adult Division had a happy hour event for people in their 20’s-40’s at the Saltwater Brewery. Not only is this a fantastic way for young people in SPBC to network, but it’s also a great way for them to learn more about their faith while being philanthropic.
