The real estate business depends on private property and the state to survive. As long as the state exists, private property will be protected and real estate businesses will be allowed to hoard land for the intention of profit with disregard to the welfare of the people.

The purpose of private property is to allow people with excessive wealth to purchase a shit load of land for capital accumulation This harms the community because hoarding land is stealing their resources. The less fortunate are then forced (by the state) to buy or rent a piece of land from the wealthy for unaffordable prices to have a legal residence.

Land, as well as it’s resources, shouldn’t be owned (and hoarded) by the privileged few. It should be shared with the community by according to need. There are 22 empty homes for every homeless person in America meanwhile the average millionaire owns multiple houses (excluding their primary residence). That is what is wrong with real estate and private property is general.

I hope you don't mind me asking, though regardless I feel I must ask for your input. What, in your opinion, is wrong with real estate businesses?
