Sam Harris

The Judge’s Panel Second Prize went to #69 - Sam Harris for this portrait - which is even better in print!

Sam’s prizes are a $200 Voucher for Fine Art Printing at Rae & Bennett Fine Art PrintersThe Enthusiast Crumpler Photo Bag, and an Artist Feature with us on Hard Workers Club (this isn’t it).

Big up’s, Sam!

There’s ONE WEEK until submissions for the IPF PHOTO PRIZE 2012 need to be here in our mitts.

We’ve already had a haul of fantastic prints from some of the farthest away spots, and we just have to say how grateful we are y'all have submitted without even knowing the prizes.

Thank you.

However, we’ve decided, that although we’re still nutting out one or two of the other prizes, that we would announce the People’s Choice Award Grand Prize today to give you an idea of what’s on offer…

So, in case you haven’t guessed already from the photo, the IPF Photo Prize 2012 People’s Choice Award Grand Prize is none other than a genuine YASHICA T4!!

And that’s just one part…

Submissions close Thursday 1 March 2012 at 5pm AEDST. The form is HERE

Get ready,

We’ve got a decent haul of photos and videos from IPF2012 to share with you, and we want to do it in the most pain-free way for everyone.

So, with thanks to all the shooters, another great big thanks to everyone involved in ensuring IPF2012 nailed it, and to try and portray the amazing vibes at the festival on your screen (HA!), here be the bits we’ve gathered for you!

There are still a few copies of Natalie Nikitovic’s As Is available from Parts & Crafts Autozine, but all the copies of the Deadset publication sold out, and some of the remaining publications from the Photo Book & Zine Fair are now available at Parts & Crafts Autozine, Sticky Institute, and soon to be Perimeter Books & Hard Workers Shop (once we’ve cleared the rest of these LIMITED STOCK NUMBERS).

Couple IPF tie-ups coming through this week, then back to our regularly scheduled programming.

All the IPF videos are now up on the IPF Vimeo channel!

Also, we just sent out our first Tourisms/HWC/IPF mailout and it’s full of the final FINAL words on IPF2012.

Check it and subscribe to its infrequency.
