As outlined earlier, Apple’s full-fledged foray into an automotive multimedia interface is finally here, and it’s called CarPlay.

What’s it like to operate Apple’s CarPlay, and is it everything we’ve come to expect from the Cupertino-based company? We spent some one-on-one time at the Geneva Motor Show with a CarPlay-equipped 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class to find out.

Beyonce: Less of a Come Back and More of a Snap-Back

Not to be outdone by Rihanna, Beyonce has made GQ’s ‘Sexiest Women of the 21st Century’ list.

B has featured in and topped many sexiest women polls, I mean she coined the term “Bootylicious” for goodness sake! (at least thats what the Oxford Dictionary credits her with). But this particular photoshoot is a little risque compared to the singers usal taste.

Luckily for her, this new mum is in the best shape of her life only months after giving birth to Ivy-Blue. And whilst she did take a relatively short break from the music industry, it seems like she’s back! and with a strong message; that she will not easily be upstaged.

Whilst i’m not a fan per say, I have a lot of respect for Beyonce as a singer and a performer, so welcome her ‘back’ to the scene.  She may have let Rihanna wear the crown for a while, but it seems the Queen is back. Dare I say she might help inject some much needed class back into music?

Today Apple announced that it will debut its new CarPlay operating system at the Geneva Motor Show later this week. CarPlay is the official name for Apple’s “iOS in the Car” operating system that the company announced at its iOS 7 press conference last year. Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo will be the first carmakers to show off the Apple integration in Geneva, but a slew of other carmakers are also on board, and the first versions of the system are coming in select vehicles this year. Here’s everything you need to know about CarPlay and what it means for your dash.

Apple’s CarPlay: 6 Things You Need To Know

Danity Kane are back and bigger than ever. The girl group put together by Diddy on the show "Making the Band" in 2005 appeared together for the first time in years on the 2013 Video Music Awards red carpet.

"We’re baaaack!" the women collectively announced Sunday night (August 25). The group, whose roster now consists of Aubrey, Aundrea, Dawn and Shannon, looked gorgeous on the red carpet and teased that their new song will be called "Rage." They said they’re "on their own this time," without Diddy.

VH1 Must-Read: Danity Kane Reunite and It Feels So Good!

Recently, the group’s firecracker leader Aubrey O’Day posted a photo of the reunited crew on her Instagram. The fifth member, D. Woods, will not be a part of the reunion.

"Much love to the ladies of DK!! They have decided to reunite and I, like our amazing fans, will be cheering them on," Woods told Us Weekly.

Danity Kane burst onto the scene on MTV’s “TRL” in 2006. The group’s debut single, “Show Stopper,” featured fellow Bad Boy artist Yung Joc. Danity’s sultry vocals took their first, self-titled album and the 2008 follow-up, Welcome to the Dollhouse, to the top of the charts.

In 2009, Danity Kane broke up amid group tensions, caused especially by members O’Day and Woods, who decided to defect. “You’ll see me and Drea [Aundrea Fimbres] try and pick up the pieces on our own [on this season’s show] — pieces that we didn’t even make,” Dawn Richards said at the time. “We didn’t even break it and we’re trying to sweep it up ourselves. Puff invited all the girls to come back on this season and they chose not to. Only two of us showed up. That’s fine if that’s the choice.”

So this is really interesting - modern satnav/bluetooh/infotainment system that fits in every 911 back to the early models (it says the F model on the video’s description which is ‘71, but it says in the video back to the original 911) and many of the other Porsches from the ’70s on due to the standard slot it fits in.

It’s cool that Porsche is developing things like this for their customers. It shows to me that they care about their older models and dedicated customer base. the fact they produce all the old parts back to a magnesium 2.7RS crankcase is pretty sweet too (at a cost, of course…).

Granted, I’d never buy one (the point of buying a classic car to me is to eliminate computers) but I still think it’s pretty cool.

The screens in our cars can be frustrating—slow, confusing, hard to read, impossible to sync with our phone. Infotainment systems definitely have plenty of room for improvement, but as any software engineer will happily reminder you, they are unbelievably complex. From controlling the car’s many functions to smartphone compatibility and ensuring all of the various applications can run concurrently, the displays in our dash are much more complicated than the phones in our pockets.

2015 Geneva Motor Show: Hyundai presenta la nuova Tucson…

Fox Business Network has a segment called “Should You Care,” because the viewers of the infotainment “business” network don’t have the wherewithal to decide for themselves. The network that was the head varsity cheerleader for the tax-evading Cliven Bundy in addition to slobbering over corporations that pay zero in taxes, is far more appalled that the MSNBC host and Reverend Al Sharpton has a past-due tax bill.

Tracy Byrnes is beside herself saying,

"I don’t care how philanthropic you are, pay your bill, MAN!"

Yes viewers,

you absolutely should care, because no one else in this country could get away with this…. No more Teflon Al!

This is a network that operates in deference to the corporatocracy they serve. Much of this corporatocracy have been paying obscenely low taxes since the advent of the Bush Tax Cuts for the rich.

Bernie Sanders notes how insane the rate for corporate taxes have become in this country.

"In 1952, the corporate income tax accounted for 33 percent of all federal tax revenue. Today, despite record-breaking profits, corporate taxes bring in less than 9 percent."

+David Amerland - Author, Speaker, Analyst.

I travel a lot. I surf the web even more. Over the last four years I’ve spent time in fifteen countries and three continents making airports and hotel rooms more of a constant, for me, than home. I also spend more hours, each day, online than most people would consider to be healthy. The one stability in all this is Google+ where I can be found, time allowing, on most days. It has become my anchor.

In my posts, interviews and podcasts I add pieces to the puzzle. I explain how each one fits in a bigger picture. How that bigger picture then makes sense. Sensemaking changes everything. Before I got here, I used to be a corporate rat who used to be a journalist, before I jumped ship into full-time writing, speaking and blogging.

2015 Geneva Motor Show: Citroèn rilancia la DS5…

Ancient holy wars, dead religions, holocausts
New regimes, old ideas
That’s now myth, that’s now real
Original sin, genetic fate
Revolution, spinning plates
It’s important to stay informed
So commentary to comment on
Oh and no one ever really knows you when life is brief
So I’ve heard but what’s that got to do with this Atom Bomb and Me

Age-old gender roles
Infotainment, capital
Golden bows and mercury
Bohemian nightmare, Dust Bowl chic
This documentary is lost on me
Satirical news, free energy
Mobile lifestyle, loveless sex
Independence, happiness
Oh and no one ever knows the real you when life is brief
So I’ve heard but what’s that got to do with this Black Hole and Me

Colosseum, families
The golden era of TV
Eunuch sluts, consumer slaves
A rose by any other name
Carbon footprint, incest dreams
Fuck the mother in the green
Planet cancer, sweet revenge
Isolation, online friends
Oh and love is just an institution based on human frailty
But what’s your paradise got to do with Adam and Eve
Maybe love is just an economy based on resource scarcity
But what I fail to see is what that’s got to do with you and me
