Nolwenn day #3
Quicky. Parents still home. Buh.
Allowed a limit of 300 cals.
Breakfast: Huge bowl of yoghurt (124) with honey (45) and some small pieces of fruit (50) = 219
Dinner: Cup of soup = 70 cal
So then my total intake would be 289, which is pretty much a huge YAY because it’s a Sunday. :D
Outtake sadly contains of daily morning workout and daily 100 sit-ups, which is together about 150 cals. Not so much yay.
