Hey, so remember how Israel always falls over itself reminding us how much it cares about the well-being of the LGBTQ community? How it’s the “only safe haven for queer people in the middle east”? How it benevolently cares for injured Palestinians even though we’re all undeserving savages”?

Well, in a statement released by IDF intel officers refusing to serve, it was revealed that the IDF and Israeli intelligence in general blackmail sick and queer Palestinians into becoming collaborators and informants.

This is part of the testimonies of these officers:

"If you’re homosexual and know someone who knows a wanted person – and we need to know about it – Israel will make your life miserable. If you need emergency medical treatment in Israel, the West Bank or abroad – we searched for you. The state of Israel will allow you to die before we let you leave for treatment without giving information on your wanted cousin. If you interest Unit 8200 as a technological unit, and don’t have anything to do with any hostile activity, you’re an objective."

This is standard operating procedure. This is nothing out of the ordinary, this is not a special case. This is the logic of Israel, this is the logic of a colonial state, one built on ethnic supremacy, built on genocide.

At this point, any person saying that the IDF is a moral army, or that Israel cares in the slightest about human rights, then they need to do a 5 second google search, because this information is everywhere.

To keep repeating this lie means you’re either incredibly ignorant/being misled in an age where information is at your fingertips, or you’re an imperialist bigot.

Israel is the only beacon of freedom and western values in the Middle East.

Don’t be so easily fooled by circus news like RT or AlJazeera playing a civilian card (it’s an insult to IQ). Civilians die in every war and Israel does what it can to minimize civilian casualties as much as possible.

If Hamas was able to penetrate Israeli defense system, civilian/military casualty ratio on Israeli side would be 100% to 0%.

Something that most hippies protesting against Israel don’t know is the fact that Gaza government killed more Palestinians than Israel ever did. Just look at Hamas coup of 2007 and everything that followed it. Not to mention Palestinian president asking Israel’s help against Hamas before the coup.

Anyway, this is a collection of well known photos of both Israel and Palestine. They represent the majority. I’m sure you can find an Israeli kid holding a gun if you search hard enough, but I don’t care about special cases. I care about that which predominates in the particular society and culture.

Muhammad Sultan Abbasi, a Palestinian child from Jerusalem.
He was arrested by Israel at the age of 12 and was released two days ago at the age of 14.

He is crying in this picture when he hugs his sister after two years.
It is noteworthy that the number of prisoners’ children in Israeli jails have become (132) children (below the age of 18) and in accordance with international laws, including 19 under the age of 16 years.

These children face what the adults face of torture, unfair trials, and inhuman treatment, which violates their fundamental rights, and that their future is at stake, in contravention of the rules of international law and the Convention on the child.

How can you blindly support occupation? Have you not learned? Have you not realised how wrong it is? Why are you allowing yourselves to commit the same crimes you promised yourselves you won’t commit ever again?! When does one holocaust excuse another?!

I am so disgusted by people supporting Israel. I am absolutely disgusted of people supporting Israel’s right to “defend” itself by massacring Palestinians. By supporting Israel, you are supporting genocide, apartheid and holocaust. You are a racist and you are truly despicable!

لكم يا أمة المليار ..

كيف اختطفت قوات العدو الصهيوني فتاة مقدسية احتجت على ضرب متضامنة في القدس المحتلة

#SEE How Israeli forces grabbed a Palestinian woman just because she was asking them to stop hitting a protester girl !!

PURE evil !!

Naomi Fry on Talya Lavie’s dark comedy “Zero Motivation”:

This story unfolds as a combination of subversive army satire, surreal shtetl Gothic (when a female soldier on the base commits suicide, her ghost purportedly enters the body of one of the office’s surliest administrators), and drab realism. It’s also, winningly, a coming-of-age movie, reminding us that, in Israel, with its universal conscription, new enlistees may be soldiers, but they’re also, for the most part, puerile children, not unlike their counterparts in American high schools and colleges, who make and break friendships and try desperately to lose their virginity.

Ex-Israeli soldier speaks out… what he says will change everything you think you know about Israel

The talk by Eran Efrati was filmed in Denver, Colorado on March 3, 2014 as part of The Soldier and the Refusenik U.S. tour with Maya Wind. Eran talk about his experiences in the IDF and then more broadly discusses Israel, its relationship to the U.S. and the global expansion of militarism.

Eran Efrati, 28, was born and raised in Jerusalem. After graduating high school he enlisted in the IDF, where he served as a combat soldier and company sergeant in Battalion 50 of the Nachal Division. He spent most of his service in Hebron and throughout the West Bank. In 2009, he was discharged and joined Breaking the Silence, an organization of veteran Israeli soldiers working to raise awareness about the daily reality in the Occupied Territories.

He worked as the chief investigator of the organization, collecting testimonies from IDF soldiers about their activities. He also guided political tours and to the West Bank and worked to educate Israeli youth about the reality of being a soldier in an occupying army. His collected testimonies appear in the booklet “Operation Cast Lead” and their most recent release “Our Harsh Logic”. Since leaving Breaking the Silence, his investigative reports appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Guardian. Today he is active with the Israeli groups Anarchists Against the Wall and Boycott from Within.

Key points from this lecture
  1. There is a heavy indoctrination in Israel, from an early age in schools, which uses the holocaust to create paranoia and fear against ‘the enemy’
  2. Israeli soldiers are trained intensively for a war, whilst their actual military duties are to subdue and control Palestinians
  3. Israeli soldiers routinely humiliate, intimidate, arrest, beat and kill civilian Palestinians to ‘protect’ illegal Jewish settlers in occupied territories
  4. Many Israeli soldiers are aware what they are doing is wrong, but have no way out and feel pressured to continue
  5. Palestinians who require medical attention, have to go through military checkpoints – to do this they require permits
    • They give these permits to lawyers of ‘Doctors without borders’ and then prevent them from going to the West Bank – meaning Palestinians do not receive permits
    • Israel uses a clever process to cover itself legally to the world
  6. During Operation Cast Lead, Israeli soldiers were traumatised and confused the atrocities they saw in Gaza
    • Israel would bomb civilian areas to clear the way for Israeli ground forces, use tank shells, air-strikes and illegal white phosphorus
  7. When wanting to speak out, via the ‘Breaking the Silence Campaign‘ the Haaretz newspaper refused to publish soldier testimonies after pressure by IDF Spokesman
    • Breaking the Silence campaign itself was censored by the IDF Spokesman
    • All media in Israel has to go through the IDF censorship
  8. The Israeli government and military make a lot of money by selling its weapons to other repressive regimes around the world,
  9. Israel tries and tests its weapons on Palestinians – ‘this is not (just) an occupation’ this is a laboratory for Israeli military weapons
  10. Israel uses undercover units in the occupied territories to start riots, and then justify the use of weapons against Palestinian protesters
  11. All police departments in the US are trained by the Israeli military and are taught the same brutal tactics used against Palestinians
  12. US police departments have already used such tactics in suppressing protests in the US, such as the Occupy movement
  13. Hit Israel where it hurts the most, boycott Israel

“Everybody knows, the apartheid regime will stop. The question is how fast, and how many people are going to die… until it will happen?”
