Want to look fresh and healthy for the first day of a new term?   Here are the two essentials.

reasons why you should love rin matsuoka- part 1 (because i will probably think of more tbh):

- he’s gone through so much shit and he mnagaed to overcome that and still be a super nice person
- he respects and cares for gou so much
- he’s a bit of a hopeless romantic crybaby (e.g. calls haru ‘my shining’ jfc rin)
- he is such a good captain and supports his team members in a way that helps them perfom as well as they possibly can
- he helped rei learn the other styles of swimming when rei felt no one else could do so
- he went to the trouble of making sure nitori stayed hydrated and ate something when he training so hard…
- …and also made the decision not to interrupt with sousuke’s coaching as either one may have gotten embarrassed
- he is so proud of how much effort nitori’s put into training you can see that just from his interaction with nitori in s2
- he was the one that made makoto feel as though he was in the same league as him and haru because he genuinely believes makoto is, asking if he’d been scouted, when it was clear makoto was feeling left behind
- contrary to some people’s beliefs rin knows exactly how haru feels in s2 ep9, that is what he went through in s1 so he could have quite easily made the argument between himself and haru about him but he didn’t he was just so concerned for haru
- he cares so much about sousuke’s wellfare and tries to make sure he’s okay but doesn’t push him into admitting anything he’s not comfortable saying
- his nervous neck-rub habit
- he is so humble like he is v talented and hardworking but he basically never makes a deal out of it, only the talents of others (see point about makoto being scouted)
- the dorky handshake he does with sousuke you boys are like 17 years old omg
- one of his ambitions was to swim in a pool covered in cherry blossoms how can you hate anyone that dreams of doing such things

We all have different bodies baby.
We live different lives, eat different things and are active at different levels.

You have your stomach, I have mine. We all have our own bodies which we must cherish and adore exactly as they are.

The important thing is / let go of comparison.
Do not compare your body to someone else’s - realize that you are both perfect for your own lives. Realize that it is impossible to compare two people / we all have different strengths and weaknesses - we are DIFFERENT!

I am EXACTLY the same! May I make a few suggestions?

-Drink LOTS of water, keep nice and hydrated.
-Take some fruit juice as well, don’t let your blood sugar drop.
-Take a banana. It’s the quickest way to get your blood sugar up in a healthy and safe manner.
-Eat a large meal about an hour before. Make sure you’re nice and full.
-Eat tons of protein. Take some nuts and keep snacking on those.
