What keeps people from having true connection and friendship? Sometimes I’m very confused about human relations. Is it possible to have true connection with other humans and it not be about sex? I hope so, but if it’s not, what does that look like and why does it seem so broken? I get that we’re highly motivated by sex, it’s inherent! If we can’t separate relationship from sex than people who realize this have achieved something that many humans never find, but spend their lives looking for. On the other hand, mixing the two might ultimately lead to confusion and disillusionment! In the mean time it seems like we spend the majority of our human existence stuck in the middle of the two! I’m pretty sure I’m not alone with these questions. I don’t really care if they are profound or not. I just need to find the answers.
