Comparing Iranian yogurt to Greek yogurt is like comparing silk sheets to cotton sheets, according to The White Moustache founder Homa Dashtaki. Her decadent, ultra-creamy yogurt is made with just whole cow milk, probiotics and a lot of hands on work. Layered in small jars with seasonal preserves like dates, quince or even shallots, the tangy, custardy yogurt is just like the kind Dashtaki grew up eating.
