Hi.

Today really isn’t day one of my health journey, today is just the first day I have decided to start sharing it. At the present moment, I have quite a bit of free time on my hands. Why not start a blog, right?! We’ll see. I have off and on lost and gained weight. So I am back up to my starting weight, which is fine. I will simply try again. I guess this isn’t just about losing weight for me. I want to be an all around healthy person. Well rounded I guess you could say. I want to get to a healthier weight so I can have more energy and confidence. I would also like to run for different causes. Nothing feels better than giving back. So there that is. I am a pretty positive person, though I haven’t always been. I am still learning to always look on the bright side, but I am tremendously better than I used to be, and for that I am so proud. However, a person can always be a better version of him or herself, so I will always work to be more positive and kind. I will also post a lot of hair and make-up tips and tricks, because (for me) looking great makes me feel more confident. I have also recently moved to another state (I got married)- I quit a job that I loved and got one that I hated. After I was laid off from that horrid position, I decided to take some time off. With my husbands work schedule, we are able to spend a lot of time traveling together and enjoying our first year of marriage. In a year, we will move again and his schedule will change so I will begin working again. So until then, I shall work on all the things I have wanted to change, perfect, and learn. So this will be a very random blog about very random things.
