hannibal finale

What’s this?  Our favorite serial killer will be a married man when “Hannibal” resumes next month?  This latest promo for Season 3 of NBC’s outstanding series gets us better acquainted with the #BrideOfHannibal, played by Gillian Anderson.

“HANNIBAL” — Season 3 kicks off Thursday, June 4, 10-11 p.m. (Episode 3.01 – “Antipasto”)
The dark and haunting series “Hannibal” returns for a third season, revealing the fates of characters hanging in the balance and their continuing psychological cat-and-mouse games.

After the shocking events of the season finale, Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) is on the run in Europe — accompanied by his psychiatrist Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) — sporting a new identity but servicing the same insatiable appetite. As the lives of Will (Hugh Dancy), Jack (Laurence Fishburne) and Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) converge toward Hannibal again, their deadly dance turns in startling and unexpected ways, and nothing will ever be the same again.

So I finally watched Hannibal seasons 1 and 2, and let me tell you this show is:

Firstly I have to admit I started to watch it only because I love Richard Armitage and you know. Despite being fearful of almost everything and avoiding scary movies, I decided to take courage and give a chance to Hannibal. And well, I want to thank Richard Armitage for joining this series and consequently make me want to watch it! Really I’d like to recommend this show so much, because now I’m genuinely a fan of the show and even with Richard gone, I’ll keep watching it no matter what. Yes, the show is THAT good. Can’t wait for season 3!!!

If you get easily scared like me, I recommend to watch it with somebody else, because it’s more fun and you will hook another person to the show as well xD

Hannibal Crack #1

Finally someone made Blank Space crack  (but I want more sadly)

That had been a painful session. Hannibal had finally admitted to his dad how badly he was coping with the social situations at school. He’d ended up panicking and breathless, on the verge of blacking out when he felt the needle prick. Now the world felt thick and slow around him, like moving through warm syrup as his dad guided him gently down the hall and toward his room. Tears were still streaming down his face, but silently now. All he wanted was to cuddle with Daddy and feel safe.

After the bloodbath of Hannibal’s Season 2 finale, Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) is now one of the world’s most wanted men. But don’t expect that to slow the good doctor down.

“Hannibal is running, but he’s not hiding,” Mikkelsen told TVGuide.com during a recent visit to the Toronto set. “His

Anonyme a demandé:

So excited to discover that NBC choose Aquarius to be the lead in for Hannibal on Thursday nights, finally, i thought NBC did something right! But I have just read that NBC are going to have Aquarius On Demand (like Netflix) so after the 2hr premiere, all episodes will be available for download a whole week before Hannibal's premiere.I'm trying to be positive but surely this wipes out any advantage of having them as a lead in as by the time Hannibal starts most people will have binged Aquarius!

From an initial look, it seems they will also be airing it every week and the episodes will only stay up online for 4 weeks.

This could be NBC looking at assessing how many people will binge watch online and how many will switch on every week for the slot.

Now, although there are a lot of people online who will binge watch, who have the time to binge watch, there are a lot more people who don’t, particularly not on a thursday! And honestly, THOSE are the people we can’t reach in our online promotion of the show and those are the people we need to start watching.

NBC clearly aren’t sure what people will do, that is why they’re doing this. Has the culture changed so much that really giving people one episode a week is a dying form of releasing TV.

I don’t think an episode a week is a dying form. Particularly not when I’m thinking about my life moving on to where I have a job. I.e. when I won’t be a student. My time won’t be as flexible.

So I’m not worried. I also don’t know whether a show to lead people from one to another is an American thing, but I’ve never seen it as being important in the UK, people don’t talk about it here. So maybe I don’t understand that culture which is why I’m so chill about it.
