This is the perfect recipe for those hot summer BBQ days when you don’t feel like spending upwards of $5 for a bag of whole wheat hamburger buns. Not only are these delicious (I made them last night and my family LOVED them) they are super healthy and easy to make!

Note: If you don’t have a bread machine just knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until the dough turns stiff then let it rise for an hour.
