Did anyone else have H.I.P their freshman year? (funny story)

I had h.i.p this year, and basically its a program, like human growth and development, sorta. Their your peers but older, like juniors and seniors and they talking about not doing drugs and the body and whatnot. SOOOOO, I saw one of the H.I.P guys about a week ago and I was smoking a blunt with my boyfriend, I just thought it was so funny, I couldnt even keep smoking. I felt like that kid was a cop and I was just dying.
