Tuesday coffee date:

  • Thank you so much for all the notes/messages about the race this weekend.  Tumblr support is the best.
  • Thank you to everyone who invaded Indy.  I think a great time was had by all.  
  • So many photos/videos from this weekend.  I love it.  Even the awful ones.
  • I ran three shakeout miles yesterday to help with recovery.  I’m still fairly certain that I’m more sore from Tumblrlympics than the actual race.
  • I’m aiming for 5-7 miles today.
  • The goal is to keep a nice of base of 30-35 miles per week until Marathon training starts in July.
  • I still need to call and set up my first Crossfit class.  I’ll probably do that later in the week.
  • After this weekend’s race, I finally feel like Boston is possible.  It’s been more of a pipe dream up to this point.
  • Three co-workers of mine ran the Mini faster than I did.  I’m going to catch them.
