- The EMOMs got me sweating and that 10 rep front squat was tricky. I couldn’t tell if I was close to failing or just annoyed with doing more than 5 reps… BUT in good news 115 was my 3RM this time last year and now it is my 10RM (even though Im pretty sure I could go up a little more).
- Yesterday was crazy I didnt eat dinner until 9pm which my tummy was not happy about. And now Im all bloated thanks to it. But oh well.
- I secretly like being really busy. I can get work done and Im so productive when I have only a short amount of time to do something. When I have too much time I procrastinate.
