From yesterday. Bacon cured, cedar smoked, and juniper butter basted wild boar. Lambs quarters, beach mustard, and wild dill purée. Crispy chive blossom. Quick pickled apple. Beach mustard. Poor man’s pepper. Brown butter. Everything on this plate was sourced from within 50 miles of @naniokc, except the apple.
