Did you know Tonzu tempeh has 17.4g of protein per 100g serve?! We love to lightly fry it in coconut oil and have it as is or dress it up with a marinade.

Food in a minute…

More like 10 minutes - but that’s still pretty quick!

Tonight in my mini kitchen I whipped up a delicious salad consisting of lentils, raw grated beets and carrot, raisins, spinach, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, avocado and tempeh cooked in coconut oil with a lemon juice dressing! 👌

I’m nearly 40 weeks pregnant and feeling pretty tried - it’s a good thing great food doesn’t have to take a long time! A xx

Coconut brown rice pudding with caramel banana and raisins…

Last night I made a curry served with brown rice so this morning calls for leftover rice pudding for breakfast… So simple and delicious!

In a pot combine pre cooked brown rice, chia seeds, coconut cream, raisins and finely chopped banana - if you don’t have enough rice leftover to feed the household you can easily add in oats to make it go further.

Cook until the banana gooey and caramel like, adding water throughout cooking process if needed.

I’ve served mine with a splash of creamy Lewis Road silver top milk and coconut flakes! Delish! A xx
