Workout. 45min Walk Jog at 6k/h for walking (1min) and between 7 & 8k/h for jogging (1min). I’ve been finding that although I don’t struggle to get exercising (it’s now habit, I just know after work is workout time :) I usually find my second wind of energy at the 20min mark. It just seems to get easier. If ever I feel like it’s too hard, I tell myself, get to 20mins! I tried to take it up a notch tonight, jogging faster and walking faster too.
