I currently weigh 180 pounds. My before picture was when I was 270. I’ve been working out for the past two and a half years. These last 10 pounds have been very slow but I also admit I haven’t been as committed as I should. I try to get to the gym as much as I can, though. I’m currently doing cardio a few days a week and lifting a loooot. I’m hoping to be able to be comfortably shirtless on the beach by the end of the summer. I’m super close!
