Smashed 4 slices of salmon sashimi, and a green salad with chicken, egg and avocado. Ate half the salad, saved the rest for laters

Woke up devoured remaining salad
Went on a 5km trek with ma b-boys
Smashed another green salad with chicken and eggs from Cold Storage.
Continued walking another couple of K’s
Watched dance battles and skate tricks at Aliwal Urban Arts Fest
Took the boys home.
Made myself my first ever black coffee with coconut butter.
Had a transcendent moment with ma coffee.
It tasted amazeballz and I’m forever changed.
Went back to the Festival, drank nothing but bottled water and got ma dance on to some crazy-town local urban ensemble.
Needed to pee a lot.
Hunger pangs and fatigue set in.
Found a Turkish place in the Arab Quarter and ordered meat skewers and a salad.
Ate only some cucumber slices and a few pieces green peppers, and 2 & 1/2 skewers.
Realized I wasn’t actually that hungry.
Honeyman gave me a foot massage and I slipped into oblivion.
