Dinner: idk yet, my host dad said he was making pasta but i will try get as small a serving as possible. …I was right it was pasta with little bits of smoked salmon flaked into it (weird-ass french meal which is delicious but too high in calories for me to think about comfortably)

I did 5 more leg lifts than last time. Tomorrow I’m going to try to add another round of 20 leglifts after my last set of 25 situps, maybe an arm workout too?
