"By failing to prepare you are preparing to fail"

It’s going to be a long day of yoga and errands. Packing a lunch and snacks ensures that I’ll eat as healthy and as raw (alkaline) as possible.

In my lunch bag:

  • Banana
  • Pear
  • Salad: Spinach, Kale, Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, Alfalfa Sprouts, Balsamic Vinaigrette 
  • Veggie Bag: Bell Peppers, Brocolli, Blueberries, Green Onions (to wrap around the Broccoli) 
  • Trail Mix: Raw, sprouted Sunflower seeds, Dried Apricots, Dried Cranberries, raw Hazelnuts 
  • And of course a liter of water :) 

This meal is much more affordable than anything remotely healthy that I could get on the go. Eating healthy and raw is easy, tasty and good for you!
