Solstice Local Artist Series with Faern

THIS wed!

Please join me for cocktails and a special viewing of my newest Mixed Media work.

I will be in the lounge of “Solstice Restaurant & Lounge” with new ‘Photo Mixed Media’ & ‘Mixed Media’ pieces.

Most of the work will be “miniature” or “small”.

The work will be from an assortment of my series’,
but will be heavy on San Francisco specific imagery and especially pieces including Muni Transfers!

I am really excited about this, please join me! I had a glass of wine tonight at ‘Solstice’ during happy hour and it was really cheery! (the wine and the environment) So please come join me for a drink, check out some art, but some…. (maybe stay for dinner… looked great to me)
The other day i had fun taking pics of the outside of Solstice, check it out http://on.fb.me/xR5WiX

Come on down Wed January 25 5:30pm to about 9:30pm to check out my newest art (and maybe buy some, bring cash).

I’m hoping my new stickers will be in  !!! (gosh i hope so!!)

I’m considering having some sort of a giveaway, i’ll update in the next day or so, not sure what to do- if you have an idea let me know!
**Maybe people enter their names simply on a piece of paper and one gets drawn every once in a while?

Another piece of mine. Miniature of “Slice 1”

Around Union Square San Francisco, Slice1 (miniature shown)

This is one of my all time favorite pics i have taken of San Francisco. It’s also one of my favorite places to go and look- not at the stores for goodness sakes- at the buildings!

Let’s rewind a bit… a few months ago i had this fun little showing at the Mojo Bicycle Cafe- you can see more about that here : MoJo Showing Pics

The piece to receive the most attention was this first city image that really hit home for me that i chose to be the first used in my mixed media- this slice-

As this was happening I realized that my appreciation for the architecture was what drew me in to begin with.
