I hate DBT therapy athough have stuck with it and my T for over T years. I am now at a point were just listning to the skills piss me off to a point of no return. I tried to interview a new therapist and was turned down because I have an existing T. Not sure were to turn. Been in exstreme distress. Whant to tell my existing T I am done but not sure I am in a place I can be in without a T.
