- ‘Currently, only 5% of Romania’s population uses the e-government services, our target being to come closer to the 35% threshold. From the procedures to start up a business, up to obtaining a birth certificate or a marriage license, all these operations must be done much easier, in the online environment. To ensure data confidentiality, we need to implement a cybersecurity system. According to a study conducted by Eurostat, 35% of internet users surveyed in Europe, admitted that they have a high level of concern regarding the abuse of personal information sent over the Internet and/or violation of privacy,’ said Diana Voicu.
- ‘European Digital Youth Summit’(EDYS) is the year’s largest digital event for youths, bringing together over 100 participants from 14 European countries. The event is taking place under the SMARTER project, organized by the Association 'Group of the European Youth for Change’ (GEYC), with financial support from the European Commission, through the 'Youth in Action’ Programme.
