For the nth time, I am actually trying to cut the bulge in my waist and be boney. You see, I was never thin throughout my puberty up until now. My body is a constant yo-yo that easily returns to its big self when I let my undisciplined and food lover self takes control.
The constant banter regarding my weight gain for the past year is bothering, but what really makes me say “Hey, I need to exercise again” is the upcoming high school reunion that we will be having this month!
Gotta give them something to talk about besides my not so stellar corporate life, huh? So there, I just want to jot down the things that I gotta do to be able to attain my goal for the first month of the year. This is actually my new year’s resolution that I need to work on, pronto!
Dzoantheexplorer’s Fitness Plan:
1. Exercise Regularly:
Morning: Stretching, 5 minute work out
Evening: Stretching, 20 minutes jogging/ weekdays or 30 minutes /weekend
2. Drink Tea and Milk everyday
3. Eat a fruit at least a day.
4. Less sugar (ice cream, soft drinks and fastfood)
5. Eat heavy breakfast and sleep early to avoid supper. lol
Hope this thing will bring the 24-inch waistline that I’ve been dreaming about since forever.
